GEO Expro Magazine shares Pivotree’s view of “Small Oil”

For Immediate Release

Highlights

  • On 29 March 2024, Editor in Chief, GEO ExPro, Henk Hombrink, wrote and published a feature article titled, “In this case, we’d rather find the smallest prospect”.
  • GEO Expro is a trusted source for independent news and analysis for the global energy sector from a subsurface perspective.
  • The article called out the challenges being faced by the oil and gas industry in northwest Europe, including the UK and Norway, identifying Pivotree as a solution to these challenges.

GEO Expro is a global magazine and online publication with a strong focus on the subsurface aspects of the oil and gas industry and the energy transition. The magazine covers a wide range of topics related to the energy sector, including exploration, production, and technological advancements. GEO Expro provides valuable insights for professionals in the energy industry, particularly those interested in aspects of exploration and production.

Mr Henk Hombrink attended a presentation by Dr Stephen Molyneux at BEOS in London, outlining the oil and gas fields recently awarded to Harvester Energy and how these would be exploited using the Pivotree technology.

Mr Marcus Christian, Executive Director and Co-Founder of Pivotree, said, “It’s great to see our global network of referrers and agents working as we envisioned, as evidenced by this unsolicited article from GEO Expro, a respected global media group that publishes content valued by our target market of exploration and development executives.”

He went on to say, “I’ve since connected to Henk Hombrink, and he has advised me that the article will feature in the upcoming hardcopy issue of the GEO Expro magazine, spreading the word even further.”

Dr Stephen Molyneux, who represents Pivotree as Special Advisor & Global Referrer, commented, “Very nice to have a completely unsolicited article by Geo Expro Magazine come from the recent Harvester-Pivotree talk I gave at BEOS conference London 26-27th March. I think Geo Expro captured my talk perfectly. Pivotree could also be used to develop stranded gas and also be a low cost highly mobile CCS injection solution as well. Harvester will certainly be looking to joint venture with companies on UK/Norway projects like this so please get in touch if your undeveloped asset needs Pivotree-Harvester involvement.”
